Apart from the listed manufacturer (mine says Akasa, but I know they don't sell in the USA or Canada), that Seasonic PSU looks exactly like the PSU I bought for my system, and even has the same output spec. It is rated as 460W rather than 430W but since the PSU has to be able to convert from any voltage 100-250V it is more efficient at the higher voltage which probably explains the difference. If you add up the power available on each rail it comes to about 600W anyway so it's no big deal. The price is about the same too.

Akasa have only recently started selling PSU's, but their qualty on all their other products has been so good I didn't have any doubts about buying this. Seasonic do not have a big outlet in Europe but Akasa do, so my guess is Akasa get these from Seasonic which would suit both companies. It is VERY quiet and assuming it is the same I would highly recommend it.
