I am NOT trying to make you look bad, but if you insist on peddling snake oil prepare to defend yourself (remember, LOTS of people read this stuff even if they don't post, so accuracy is a good thing).

You cannot "overexhaust" a PC. There is a finite amount of heat/air available to move and you cannot exceed that amount with the fans and enclosures we typically use. People are always talking about "negative" and "positive" pressure in their cases as though that was even possible...it isn't.

BTW, why are you bragging about having a fan that is so loaded with dust that it is non-functional?

    No need to walk away.

Just admit you were inaccurate and grovel.

That's just 'cos you haven't tried properly

I'd have thought the man with the space/time-warping dvd-burner would know this.

All you need to do is to make it airtight, 'cept for a really big sucker at the back, and then you suck out all the air and then...erm.

I bet vacuum-cooling would be awesome

    Abu,
How did you manage to misspell "what" yet get "encyclopedia" correct?
    Feeling "overexhausted"?

I'd give this one up if I were you, clocker.

I have a feeling this is one you just won't win.

    Yes, I grow weary.

    Overexhausted, if you will.
