roxio help

Hi
Have just installed roxio easy media creator 7
I have spent all day trying to get the build dvd section to work,
I have installed the update which mentions the dvd builder part not launching, still not working, I have emailed roxio, they suggested I disable start up programmes, I did, still no good,
I am thinking about returning the product for a refund, could any one suggest a good dvd burning programme, that has the facility for burning 4 or more tv progs to one disc.
And has a fairly good menu titles etc

I had Roxio.....and HATED IT!!!!(cant believe that they are still selling it)

Previous replies suggest "getting NERO"..............its good advice.

The latest version of Roxio is 7.5.

I loved Roxio, but not all the components worked...DVD Builder I got a Micrsoft Virual +++ error shit...anyways month later of troubleshooting I went to Nero. No problem.
