Alright now, everytime I go to this site http://graffiti.playdo.com/ I draw on this wall with a spray can and all that, its kind of cool but I noticed that when I use the spray can, IEXPLORER uses 100% CPU. Does it have to do something with Macromedia Flash that you have before you use the tools on the webpage? But I noticed that my Spybot Search and Destroy took up 100% cpu also after I was scanning for known spyware. I found nothing. Does anyone know whats going on? Please help asap. Thanks!

Sounds normal. Whenever I play/watch flash games/movies my CPU usage is around 80-100% also. It's just IE working to show you the flash stuff. My Spybot uses 100% CPU when I scan also.

    I'm pretty sure it's normal.

Normal? I don't know about flash but with spybot you can adjust the priority settings to reduce the memory usuage. If you have the chance try the flash again in firefox.

    Really it isn't normal?

I know about the priority settings, but without changing it, the CPU usage is kind of high when playing flash games, depending on the game of course.

Most games raise the CPU usage to around 60%, some take it strait to 100% though.

Its normal imho. When you play a shooter game or something you cpu goes to 100% too. Its just getting the best performance to the absurd.
