Anyone else getting randomly disconnected from servers fairly often, with the message "there is a problem with your internet connection?" (when you joined a ping 0 server, and there's nothing wrong with your connect? This is just the default "you're lagging" message).

Also, the load screens and "client verification" are about four times longer than the beta, wtf. Nothing like getting a worse client for actually paying for the game...

Server selection is also very laggy -- hitting refresh stalls the client for a while as it repopulates. Oh yeah, and sorting by ping doesn't always sort by ping... lol

Looks like we need an immediate patch -- lots of bitching on the offical EA forums:

ok, having a problem here. I know this is prob obvious and I could do it on 1942 but can anyone tell me how to set up 32 or 64 player matches offline against the bots? I just can't seem to set it up right.

fair enough, that was kinda what i figured. Ta. How you getting on so far....found any good servers that wanna play the way the game was designed i.e. commander>squad leader>squad>snipers etc

so basically you hide near a flag and send your ever spawning squad into the melee?

Yeah I heard the servers are a bit busy at the mo. The ranking thing doesn't really bother me but it would be nice to be able to get access to the locked weapons

don't criticize. i got nearly twice as many points as my nearest rival and my team won all three rounds i played


they put up a good fight and nearly beat us, but my tactics (and my tank) won in the end

has anyone noticed if the IP of the server i'm on shows up in my sig. you could copy and paste that maybe

Well it did get a 9.3 on Gamespot...it has to be good.

I FINALLY played this online ..granted I got my ass kicked. ........... but it's great
