    Use WinRAR.

The file is either corrupt or it's a renamed file that wasn't .zip.

Normally I would gone somewhere else to download the file but this is the only site that has it since it just came out today, and some people have already posted that they liked the mod. (Which means it worked earlier today at least)

try renaming the file, mybe its not a zip, in case of corruption then it cant be fixed.

    It's not a zip, it's a CoD .pk3 file.

I make my own so it should be easy to sort out. Once it's set as .pk3 you can still use WinRAR to open it as it is, in effect a zipped file - for CoD

But if I rename the zip file to .pk3, then I won't even have the option to unzip it. If I right-click it, it will ask if I want to zip it, not unzip it.

It is corrupt. Just re-download the file to fix the problem.
