    Whats the best way of shrinking a gif I created from an avi file with photoshop cs2 so I can use it as an avatar?

    just create a new one of 100x100, copy the pic in it and use CTRL+T to shrink it

    For animated .gif ... Use Imageready (part of Adobe Photoshop CS).

    Select Image>Image size.

    yeah its an animated gif but was'nt sure how to shrink with image ready.
