    i just use wmrecorder

    and my quicktime has this thing when i right click, it lets me save or save as source. very useful

    Does it work on sites that provide jukebox type setup and where the media selected plays in a pop up window. Its just that i tried on the pop up window and all i could save was a welcome.rpm file

    ther is a extension for mozilla u can use to rip youtube, metacafe etc videos
    its pretty slick.

    Stream Down is definitely the best IMO. Havent been able to get the firefox extension to work, so I used that.
