Because it seems like everyone has dropped off of the face of Soulseek. I can't even find albums that are readily available on LimeWire anymore.

It might have something to do with my port forwarding thing, but it says it's configured correclty when I hit test. And when I search it hogs all my bandwidth. ALL OF IT.

I noticed the other day the server seemed to be acting up so it may just be temporary...

I think that Soulseek is a great program. But the problems with searching are also bugging me time to time... But it only happened twice for me

funny thing is they had ss 154 test J and it was a perfect version no worries at all worked flawless just about

then came 155 where they attempted to fix teh search function

you know what happend??? it was compltely fucked crashes C++ errors 100% CPU usage coz you get rapped in search reuslts on the screen. now I used it no imporvemnt for search so went back to 154 test J

then you know what they did??

made us go to 155 and that was the end a fucked up buggy program with a search that doesn't work

    156 no comment at all

Yeah, I don't get what is up with the soulseek search engine. It is much slower than most p2p networks. It seems like hours to get all of the results in.

There is nothing "up" with the SoulSeek search engine, there is a simple reason for that wademalorgan,

..unless you manually stop your searches...they will continue indefinetly... as "new" users log in, new search results will be added, so you see, you are actually receiving real time results...
