was wondering if its best to uninstall the old version first, and whats the best way during set up, to set it up. Where it has you select what codecs you want to install. I click all of them, just wondering :-p

yes, uninstall the older version first.


do you install ALL codecs

thats not needed. just select the once you need.

if you only watch downloaded movies (and dont encode them) choose 'Profile 4: Minimalistic'
