Cheapest shop bought alcohol

I'm just wondering what the cheapest alcohol is in the UK. I mean actual alcohol (amount (ml) * volume (percent) [eg. 700ml at 40% volume = 700 * 0.4 = 280 ml of licquor], then work out an alcohol to price ratio. I'm gonna have a go on Tesco price check later, any bets?

there's a few places that only sell out-of-date beer, you can get boxes for a fiver, which would work out at 5/8%Vol for something like 41p per can. the only problem is drinking it all before it gets too out-of-date, such a burden but it has to be done
