Net trouble

Hi,
I am having trouble getting onto google and pisexy and vcd quality are they all up and running i posted in bittorrent first since i thought it was pisexy but it not jut pisexy.

I have done a clean of my pc and everything good. I flushed DNS and still problem is there. I try to download a torrent from pisexy like start seeding again from onei have saved on pc and i get error saying connectino refused.

Anyone got any info or advice.

EDIT: i got access to google.com its co.uk i cant get into maybe i have blocked sumthing some how ???? i use norton security and anti virus

Sorry to do this but problem is back i lost access to google UK and PiSexy and VCD Quality n e ideas
