Thread: Firefox 1.05 released

    Here's what's new in Firefox 1.0.5:

    * Several security fixes.
    * Improvements to stability.
    (nothing more precise available at the moment sorry)

    Thank you , funny how I learn about updates faster from members than I do from FF.


    Edit : I just checked thru tools ,options , update ,nothing !


    Guess you can't update yet !

    Stability issues? Good, its only been in this release that FF has crashed

    Edit 2 : Just D/L 'ed and installed over version 1.04 no problems .

    The "check update" within option panel didnt work for me either.
    But the 1.05 is out officially.

    Its on the News at the main page also.

    I wonder if they're a little afraid the servers goes tits up if millions of ppl try to update using the option panel?

    Opera had some issues launching version 8.0 if I remeber right.

    I think that's why them Torrents are kewl, it can really help to get the load of
    form servers.
