File sharing for specific user

Hi,

I've only used file sharing programs like WinMx and kceasy before, and don't think they allow for sharing files with a particular user. My sister is overseas and can't watch the tv programs here in the States. I use a pc to record tv programs much like tivo. Is there a way I can share these files with her? What programs can I use. Is there a way she can easily find my computer and begin to download. Thanks

You can send files with Skype.

With the added benefit that you can talk or text too.
