Microsoft Word Auto Correct File

In Microsoft Word there is a function that auto corrects your spelling as you go. You can add user defined auto correct words also, for example when ever I type MW Word automatically types out Microsoft Word for me. I have alot of user defined auto corrects and I want to transfer them to another computer.

Where is the file that contains all of the auto correct words and can I simply copy it and place it in the new computer in the Word programs folder?
