It is the same scene filmed twice from different perspectives. But the guy in the brown coat forgot where he was, and at the end it goes back to the original perspective but there is no sign of the second cameraman, so the scenes can't have been filmed at the same time.
Somehow, if it was real, I don't think the vegetable seller would have hung around for take 2.
