you can also get some pretty funny parody songs that cant be found elsewhere. KL still has its uses, altho somewhat limited, nonetheless, It is still a resource.

well, there is another very good reason why kazaa won't die: if you are looking for a particular song, that is not at the charts right now, kazaa is still the best place to find it. an example: you happen to hear that crazy tune "Gimme Dat Ding" by The Pipkins from 1970. your best shot will be at kazaa! but if you are looking for mainstream/top20/etc than kazaa has been destroyed (if you havn't learned how to weed out those bogus files, that is :-)

There's a lot better alternatives out there for just that though, like DC++ soulseek etc.

I agree with Cyril however: boycott it and put it out of its misery already.
