^^^ Best way I could think of phrasing the title.

I'd like to know if there's a way of flying under your own service providers radar? I'm not sure if this is true for all ISP's but with BT/BT Yahoo, any call center worker who deals with Broadband help can look up how long you've been online and how much you've downloaded wich is standard, but if they wanted, they can also see what pages you've been viewing over x amount of time – it's that last one I'd like to prevent, is there anything that can be done?

would be nice but i dont think it is possible even through a proxy - your isp knows because he/she gives you it
