my problem is i dont know what needs to be blocked in the firewall.
these below are set to 'ask'
ndisuio.sys -> does this have anything to do with BT? ive set a utorrent port up to be forwarded but im getting alot of connections on other ports. and do btsites need anything else unblocked to update stats?

Firefox , Utorrent are the only two I'd allow till you find out what the others are .

Sorry all I could do was just link a guide as I don't use the program . Stay tuned as someone with better knowledge with Sygate will help. In the mean time its always good to test your settings with a site like Shields Up .
