Are you talking about system mec? I dont think any of them really work. I tryed some of the xp tips & Tricks seemed faster. I think its in my mind really.http://www.tweakxp.com/display.aspx?id=2081

if u want to have a fast pc don't install and uninstall coz after a few month's of this ur pc starts 2 slow down... if u install programs on ur pc just coz someone posts 'check out this program it wicked' after a while u end up with alot of rubbish on ur pc . if this is the case back all ur data and do a format c: and reinstall ur os
And BOB's ur Uncle fast PC. works 4 me everytime lol

When testing any program you can easily take a system snapshot before and after then compare the changes that where made to your system.
It has been awhile since I tested this app and my conclusion is that it is just plain crap.
Just my opinion though, its always best to install and give it a try to see if you enjoy the changes. If not just uninstall and clean up all traces and changes that may have been made and not changed back.
