hey, well i went to play vice city on my computer, and found that it was extremely slow. normally its really fast on my computer with real high resolutions.
so i exited, closed all programs running (kazaa, mozilla firefox, nod32) and it was still slow. so I pressed alt-ctrl-del and found a program called tcpsvcs using 100% cpu (or whatever was free).
now the last thing I have installed was NOD32, so could it be a part of NOD32? ive already ran an antivirus scan and spysweeper.
what could be causing this? if i end teh process, computer still all runs fine, and its annoying to have to close it every time I turn on the computer.
btw, its not in msconfig either...

hmm i think i fixed it...
i disables 'internet monitor' and restarted and the service still starts, but its not using 100% anymore so i guess it was csome sorta conflict or something.
