For some unknown reason, my pc can't find the USB root hub thingy...don't know why...
so i thought why not use microsoft update to help...no chance, can't find my modem...or memory stick so no chance of going that way round...
thing is tho, i don not have any idea what i am looking for...
my mobo is a PM800-M2 which was recently put in cos my old one passed away into silicon heaven
any help at all would be great, cheers

Is this a new install?
What OS?
Most likely you need to install the drivers on the CD provided with the motherboard.

You also have to have sp1 (service pack 1) or higher, if you have xp, to use USB2.0.
