Wrong section, and your question does not make any sense (well it doesn't make sense to me to be able to answer it)
If you mean how many days before you get log in information, then it is 8 to 10 WORKING days, which could be up to 2 weeks before you get your hands on it.
Make sure you email them and remind them to adjust the billing date accordingly.
