    i use the last one - pm if you want it.
    The problem is that the film could be a little bit jumpy-but webcams normally are...
    as for Fraps it is free and ive heard its the best(never tried it) - doesnt have lag - but i think its only ment for gaming.... try it anyway - it should work
    try to grab only the cam part and not the whole screen for speed and to prevent lag.

    I learn something new everyday in here, I tried My Screen Recorder and found it simple and extremely usefull cheers for this.
