automobile=duh
directeur=manager,superintendent,boss
seceretariat=unknown, but probably means "secretary"
so i think it means:
to drive the car of the boss of the secretary

secrétariat is the correct spelling.

Le=the (masculine)
directeur=Manager
la= The (feminine)
secretariat= secretariat.
