Let's see.... people post in the lounge sporadically, and the comments about the lounge being dead abound. Someone makes a bunch of posts, gets things going, and all of a sudden they've taken over? Everyone has been guilty of it at one time or another, even those complaining, so what's the big deal? If you don't want to read it, either skip past it or put people on ignore and be done with it. To some it's interesting reading, to others it's useless spam. The same could be said about every bloody post in the lounge (including this one), or anywhere else on the board for that matter.

Yeah, you guys are right. The best way to deal with an attention whore is to ignore them. Shame there isn't an option to ignore threads started by specific users, that would solve a lot of problems.

I suppose the only other thing to do is pray for some sort of industrial accident to cut the offender's hands off thus leaving him/her unable to use the internet. But that would be wrong, so I would never do that.
