Does this tracker exist?? And if so, is it faster then tb, tl, fl or st?

if it exist, its aint no faster want TL, believe me, filelist takes maximum of my connection too, so i think if it were be fast, i would no it

i meant how fast does the stuff come out, not the dl speed
