If you want to copy to a dual layer disk then all you need is DVD Decrypter. Use the Mode>ISO Read then ISO Write. Very simple.
If you want to burn to a single layer disk then use DVD Shrink with DVD Decrypter. There is an option in DVD Shrink to burn with DVD Decrypter after you press the Backup button.
So in fact, you can backup DVD movies to single and dual layer with just DVD Shink and DVD decrypter. No other burning software needed.

After you click the "Backup" button, you select it from the drop down menu of "Select Backup Target":
