When I download an AVI I want to eventually make into a dvd it is usually in the NTSC framerate so when I make it a PAL dvd with winavi and play it on my dvd player it stutters slightly because of the framerate difference... and I know its not my dvd player cos it done it on my old one and when I play the dvd on my computer it also has the exact same stutters... I would burn them to ntsc dvd but my stupid tv then locks it into 4:3 display for some strange reason nomatter what the tv or dvd settings are
