now what do i do?
That filename is missing the extension. Change the way Windows displays filenames.Originally Posted by cashvillecrush
Open 'My Computer'>Tools>Folder Options...>View> Now remove the checkmark for [ ] Hide extensions for known file types. Click ok.
Now at least when you tell us a filename we'll see what it is.
Now about the "image"... You don't seem to have a bootable image file. You will have to make it bootable: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=297
Or an easier way would be to burn all those files to a CD as data. It won't be bootable but you could then boot from diskettes: http://www.bootdisk.com/
when i go into my computer theres no tools. Im on windows 98 SE by the way so i dont know what to do.Originally Posted by Virtualbody1234
How do i make the image? I have Nero on this PC so how i would burn the image? Is the set up.exe the image?
*fkdup digs out his 4-in1 CD.......
bootable Win2k:
Looks like you got about the same thing....
at the risk of a single CD-R, and to humor me,
go into Nero and select all those files and burn em
