I don't think so. PCI has been around longer than AGP. Maybe you're thinking about PCI Express?Originally Posted by ApacNTS

PCI-e all the way!
Biostar XE T5
i5-750 @ 4.0 GHZ stable (CM Hyper 212)
2 x 2GB Cosair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHZ
Radeon 5850 @ 866/1254MHZ
Intel X25-M in RAID 0
WD Caviar Black 2TB in RAID 0
3 x Asus 25.5" VW266H LCD [Eyefinity]
That's nice. I'm glad to see that those who said the last generation was the final one for agp were wrong.Originally Posted by fkdup74
I think a lot of people have agp mobos that'll see more use than people might have previously thought, now. It's nice to see this isn't the end of the road (although 64bit/pci-e is the future, of course).
The x1600pro cards from sapphire are another option, a cheaper one at that. (For those who can't afford a complete switch to the latest stuff, but want the latest gen gfx, at least, I mean.)
