I also had trouble with (KB913446), it failed. Finally after several tries & several reboots, it succeeded.

yeah it was kinda silly, but normal M$ nonsense,
that they had a security update with no KB article....wtf?
I imagine there will be one, it just wasn't posted in sync with the update
