Thread: Tor32.exe is attempting to send e-mail

What the heck! Does anyone know if there is any reason why Torrentstorm would need to send e-mail? I keep refusing to allow it because I have never seen this before but I need to know, could there be a legit reason for it?

This is usually because someone has set their client to listen on port 25 and the firewall or internet security program you are using thinks anything trying to conenct to port 25 is sending email.

A virus scan is allways prudent.

Sounds like your using ZoneAlarm and unfortunatly it dosent really guage this accuratly.
Its most likely just as mentioned above that another client is using port 25 to connect...
