    I encode with extreme lame VBR setting in exact audio copy, VBR with average bitrate aroudn 256

    160 or 192. Any higher and the sacrificed space on my iPod is too great when compared to the small rise in quality, especially considering I usually listen to music on cheap earbuds.

    VBR or if fixed a minimum of 192. Less than 192 is not considered CD quality.

    I prefer lossless. Will settle for 192. However anything less than lossless I prefer VBR at a high bitrate....
