Back in '95, a good buddy of mine who happens to be a skydiver was doing an exhibition as part of a Labor Day parade in a neighboring town.
He was supposed to land "on the X" in the middle of the main street, but the proverbial "freak gust" of wind blew him a bit off-course and into some high-voltage lines-I wasn't there at the time, but he'd shown me video of the incident from a local news outlet that was borderline spectacular.
A few months ago, a parade attendee sought him out to give him a picture he had taken at the time:

You can clearly see the outline of his body in the picture.
His parachute stalled immediately after this picture was taken, and he swung to his left, where his rigging snagged the fascia of the building in the picture, tearing his 'chute rather neatly and, in the fashion of an elevator, lowered him gently to the ground as it tore.
As he was not badly hurt, but nonetheless thrilled, he adjourned to a pub two doors down for an adult beverage or ten.
He sustained a burn to his hip and a bit of bruising from slamming into the building, but was otherwise fine.
He continues to lead a charmed life.
