B: Apply parking brake
C:If you are in a manual transmission select 1st or reverse gear
D: All of the above

Thier answer is A.
Turning your wheels out isn't much good without a brake

that answer is wrong 'cause if you park facing downward you turn the wheel right (so it can't roll into traffic) and if you park facing upward you turn the wheel left (so if the car backs up it hooks on the curb).

@Rossco..... Well no cos it says turn the wheels outwards so it doesn't matter if it's up or down but the answer should be all of the above, no?
