Usually reseating a ram module does not invalidate the warranty unless of course to reach the slots you have to open the whole notebook

theyre located underneath, all u got to do is unscrew one screw and pop a lil cover off and theyre right there. and the warranty is up

well ive found a petition online sayin tht this is happenin to alot of people with the sony vaio grx models and it gave a link to a bunch of people complaining. the link is http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/topic/5449 if anyone wanted to take a look. but anyways thanks for all the help i guess ill just get a new cpu
