Well, I wanted to live up to the superb thread title. I had to put in a bit of flowery language.

I wonder if lesbians get thrush more or less than women in a relationship with a bloke. I'm thinking a daily dose of man-fat (no offence, Jonno, it's just a euphemism for spunk) might increase the likelihood of fungal infection
