I recommend you try DC++. Emule, limewire and similar ones are filled with fakes and viruses, trojans, etc. and bittorrent is hard on bandwidth although I use torrents now & then for certain things and you can get good speeds with torrents. But direct connect hubs i've found are the best and most interesting because there are thousands of hubs from around the globe some public, some private, where you can access each members share folders and download what you want. Some hubs have between 5000-10000 members so you can imagine how much there is available for download in not only 1 hub but imagine all hubs put together! There are dozens of public hublists that you can download with your DC program and pick and choose which hubs you want to connect to.And when you are in multiple hubs and start a download the program will download from every user in every hub you are in that has that same matching download and who has an upload slot open.I run a private music hub for lossless format(flac, shn, etc.) audio & video recordings of unofficial material also know as ROIO'S & VOIO'S and its mainly for Frank Zappa's music but we share music from a wide variety of bands.

You can go to my forum for my hub at: http://com4.runboard.com/bhonyaksuniverse

to learn more about how to begin using DC++ and there are links there and guides for you to use. Also if you want to know more about my hub go to:

    http://www.freewebs.com/honyak45

You should try it you will enjoy it and If you like music go to my website and fill out a registration form.

    See ya soon,

DC++ hub for lossless Frank Zappa music all lossless ROIO'S & VOIO'S shared though.
