Yeah, I've tried it twice to relatives that are out of state and the letters have always come back to me. But intrastate letters always make it.

Coz in this country the person you sent it to with no postage gets a demand for payment plus an admin fee, and tend to get a little annoyed about it. Whoops.

Stick sellotape over the stamp and then you can simply rub off the postmark and re-use it.
