the rick mayall one is called Hotel Paradiso i think, there loads of bottom live's as well (the show they did which the film is a spin off from)

The Heart (set in Runcorn) with the guy who plays raymond calitri (think that his name) in gone in 60 seconds

24 hour party people - very good
human traffic - very good

maybe not from the UK but I thought The Transporter and The Boondock Saints had a great mix of action/drama with its funny moments too

i love the boondock saints, and im from the uk, but im pretty sure its an american movie?

theres a sequel to it out or comin out soon iirc

good suggestions. i saw human traffic and dog soldiers. human traffic was alright but dog soldiers was the scotish equivalent of of any american b movie horror flick. the dialog was good though.
