Rough translation:
Datamoon staff have made a decision to close the tracker. There's plenty of reasons but the biggest one is the outcome of Finnreactor trial. It's now illegal to have bittorrent tracker in finland so the datamoon staff don't want to take any part of it.
Datamoon sourcecode and database have been destroyed completely.
