So I decided just now to re-seed an obscure file I have, just to see if anyone wanted it.
About 40 peers were connecting the IP address were all the same and none of them connected to download the file.
200.42.223.5
200.42.223.7
200.42.223.10
200.42.223.12
200.42.223.18
200.42.223.21
and so on on and on . What does it mean? why all the same addess which incidentaly is resolved in LACNIC.

they're most likely involved with poisoning the torrent. I would add those addresses in that range to a blocklist if you're using one.

Yeah, it could be max 3 peers from one ip, but if there are 40, than it's probably to corrupt the torrent
