You make them in Xara 3d or some other program. But try to compress them as much as possible by using an optimiser.

i like my sig very much (TY NOBODY1234 now known as SOMEBODY1234)

if you're still on 56 than you're either POOR, or are lazy. get off your ass and get a faster connection, its not that expenisve nowadays.
