Xp Hidden Files

Hi, From Celebs, This was strange, I share Celeb Pics To a total of 1242, But my total came up wrong each time, ie, Total was 1247, It was only when someone uploaded a Thumbs db file that i realised what the problem was, xp makes hidden thumb db files for viewing, So if your total's are wrong thats the problem. And also i did have my pc set to view all files, thats were it came from when i cut and pasted.

a fix for this is going into folder options in xp and checking the box next to "do not cache thumbnails". you can find it in the view tab. then just delete all the thumbs.db that you can find doing a search.

While you're at it also disable indexing service. It's a resource hog.
