Important Question about Pornography

...I just thought it would be funny to see a story on the news about little Johnny being arrested as a sexual predator at age 16 for looking at girls his own age or posting pics of his naked sister on myspace as a joke

Funny that you mention that, while the following news story doesn't follow that specific scenario, it still shows how underage offenders are viewed by the law in that type of case. (But in a very unusual way)

Basically, a 15 year old Pittsburgh girl "...has been charged with sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography and dissemination of child pornography." The catch of the story was that the girl posted pornographic pictures of herself in chat rooms - which means that she is both the victim and the perpetrator of the same sexual abuse crime.
