Best I can do is a html file layout of what I think you should be doing.

Find attached, a basic page-layout. Use this as the basis for all your pages. The table cell that contains the navigation menu, will not move, even if you resize your window, etc.

    Good luck!
You're a godsend, thank you very much Barb

Alright so I've uploaded the site to my old free fortune city account which I used for IT class a few years back. Here it is http://linkinparklp.fortunecity.com/Main.html There's one thing I need to know how to do on the main page and that is to get the musky (fish at the bottom of the page) centered with the top banner, basically moved over to the right about an inch or so...

Best way would be to add another row to the table, merge the cells into one, and centre the image in there.

    Time you learned!

In dreamweaver, click the bottom row of the existing table. On the menu bar at the top, click "Modify", and then choose "Table", and then choose "Insert Rows or Columns", and change it so that it inserts 1 row below the current selection.

Then select both cells of the new table row, and in the properties window, click the button which says "merge cells" (at the bottom). Set the horizontal alignment to "Center", and insert the image.
