Can't Get Vice City Installed

Can someone answer woodsups's question cuz im downloading it and im sure alot of other people might have this problem so im sure whoever would help would be greatly appreciated

I had a problem with those .cue files too, so I used WinISO to convert the .bin's to .iso format and they burned (and installed) fine that way.
