Russian low do not cares what happens online,
but
they do care about traffic so you will pay 4-5 times more than in any EU country
so it is better to find some safe company
I'm with hosting-ie for a while now and all looks fine,
got cutted few times and worst happened was I had to reformat server fully

there isn't better company for torrenting at the moment than hosting-ie
People uses about 10 TB traffic
