    Most email providers have a limit on the attachment size (like 10 megs). Since ur file is 700megs its not gunna fit in one email. You can rar up the file and split into multiple files (say 10megs in size) and email them (its gunna be like 50 emails) and have the person extract the file from the rar archive.

    You can also upload it to a server such as rapidshare or something and just email the link.

    Other options include using a P2P program (like bit torrent) or an IM client (like skype or AIM) to distribute the file.

    You can try Pando. I haven't tried it myself but I heard good things about it.
    You need to install it on both computers. The file is stored on the company's servers for 14 days, but the receiving computer can start downloading from the minute you start uploading.

    way too big mate,
    generally if its over 5-10mb i dont use email

    Zip or RAR it up and use the following
    FTP
    or
    some sort of sharing site like rapid share

    FTP is the way i would do it.
